Ahmed not on the bench?

Probably didn't know there was that much interest in him, the point guards this year are down nation wide.

In which case I really like cuz most kids that can do what i saw in that video have huge egos

Weird... Well atleast we don't have to wait to watch him develop.. Does
That still hit our grad rates?

I was already cool with this kid by the 1:04 mark on that video. Crossover reminds me of my own.....on NBA Live of course.

Ok...after all the questioning where the other open scholarship was going to come from the other day, I officially believe it now. Lol! Sad to see Ahmed leave but I understand where he's coming from somewhat. I wish him the best of luck.

Cezar?...Jarion Henry?...

Well it probably good he left. Now if Hardrick would leave that would open 2. We really need to add to more quality players to compete for the NCAA next year.

I understand being homesick, but you'll eventually have to take on this world on your own -- whether that's basketball, work, education, starting a family, etc. And when doing that, the beginning is always the hardest. Wish he would have given it a year to get adjusted. But he did play in the Canary Islands away from home, so I don't know.

Is there more to this story? Homesick can't be the only reason.

Doesnt surprise me at all if it was the reason he left...there might be more to the story, but i think when he came and saw what he was up against it made it easier to just go home...

+1. 2 would be nice, plus Cades after this year gives us some wiggle room.

I'm guessing based on his jumper Steve Nash is his idol.

This Guerrero kid looks really small, he looks like he's 5 8 as opposed to the 5 11 and 6 foot I've seem him listed at. To me doesn't look like a high D1 guy, (but if the teams stating being interested in him are true who am I to complain...)

I can't see Hardrick being on this team next year. We just have to many post players on this team for him to ever play.

as it stands right now we will have 5 posts and a hybrid wing post. so unless we are in deep foul trouble him and Puma will be on the Beau Gerber plan

I have a feeling that this season Puma is going to do enough to earn some minutes next year...if for nothing else he can be our GOON!

Hardrick is so bad i dont have words that can express my feelings towards him...if he wants to continue as a walk on then great, but that scholarship is much needed and Capel needs to cut his losses with that one...he did a very honorable thing by keeping the committment to sign him, but if he wants to keep his job he needs to bring in another player with it next season...

OU is also recruiting a guard out of Brewster Prep, Elijah Carter. He seems to be a more realistic get than Cezar.
