that tmg was our most talented player, but i thought tiny was our most valuable. I think most ppl would agree, although there are a lot of tiny haters on this board, that he is extremely valuable bc he is one of our few pf/c's. so if we can get tiny back and lose tmg i will be able to cope with that. hopefully ww will be enticed to come get revenge next yr and get his draft status back.....with tiny and ww back i think we are better next season.

then if we somehow add terrence jones and his buddy we will be top 25 barring a selfish team again

I'm sorry but I just don't see WW as a PG at this level. I really hope that he was injured all year and that is why he kept getting stripped in the lane, but that seems far-fetched to me.

He is going to have to get a lot better if he wants to be an effective PG in the Big 12.

I agree I thought TMG would be the last to leave but oh well Coach Capel REALLY has his work cut out for him but I believe he has learned a lesson and will get this program headed in the right direction.

If Willie has a long way to go to be effective at the point in the Big 12, I think he is light years away from playing that position in the NBA.

Maybe he'll be drafted on potential and land with a team that will be patient enough to wait until he improves his ball handling skills and foot speed. But NBA owners and general managers usually want guards and wings who can contribute within a year or two before when they shell out the big bucks. That's not always true of bigs with a huge upside, because they're a rarer commodity.

I just think WW would be wise to stay in college one more year, work on his skills at the one, and prove he is a high first round draft choice again. Of course, I could also be wrong about the effects of what has been a disappointing season for him by any stretch of the imagination.
