The biggest win for the conference is probably Gonzaga.

Kansas State lost to Texas El Paso by 45 points??? Really?

All their new players clearly have not figured out Deb's system...also I guess the international point guard they are counting on has not adjusted to US style play.

I would have thought if the players just stood on the court, that it would be competitive! She finally got some height on her team. Really surprised at this!

When you lose the foul battle, 35-15, and the turnover battle, 34-10, you may just lose by 45.

Exactly! But this was Texas El Paso! They must be slower than molasses! This is one of the most shocking outcomes in Big 12 women's history IMO! Not the loss necessarily but losing by 45 points!

Free bacon: You get what you pay for

I think you may be on to something here. There must a free bacon syndrome coming into play here. Perhaps they should be passing it out to the opposing players.

Perhaps there is merely an excess of pork in Manhattan.

Louisville gave away free beer.

Why, do pray tell, did we reject their begging to join the Big 12 again?

K-State had won in Manhattan over Tennessee State, 85-53, and NC Charlotte, 63-55 before going to El Paso. They have two starters back, Texada and Caney? They also start two of their seven freshmen.

Baylor 79 Rice 46
OSU 74 Idaho State 45
TCU 95 Grambling State 64

OU moves up to number 10 in the coaches poll after a close loss to number 4 Louisville. Nice respect from the coaches.

My bad, actually the AP poll not coaches.
