The win over West Virginia yesterday was OU's biggest nonconference win since who?

I would say Utah at Utah during Tiny and TMG's freshman year. I think yesterday's win was bigger than beating Arkansas or Arizona at home.

Technically it was a conference win
Always thought it funny that a conference foe played outside of the conference schedule was a nonconference game, but you're right, it was a big win. And a morale booster no doubt
