They offer multiple sauces. I'm not sure if one is vinegary or not.

I have doubts about his success here unless it has improved since I ate there last in OKC. It was OK but not near as good as Joe's or Brobecks or several others here IMO.

yeah, the shop I saw was being put in around 92nd and Metcalf, on west side. same strip mall area as the Macaroni Grill.

The BBQ is not good. Well I mean, I'd eat it but it is pretty basic stuff. and their sides all come from cans. Even in Oklahoma there are tons of better options so I imagine it won't last long in KC

Joe's Kansas City is my favorite in the Lenexa Metroplex. Z Man, please!

I've never dined at Billy's place, and probably won't. Hell, the best BBQ from the late 70s Sooners comes from Darrol Ray. Ray's BBQ on Lindsey is really, REALLY, good. Chopped beef sandwich, por favor!

It's decent BBQ for Oklahoma, i have my doubts it will be able to compete in KC.

It's "fast food bbq", so it is what it is. Pretty good for that (what it is), but isn't going to compete with larger, more established places in KC.

guess if Billy shows I'll grab my helmet and have him sign it, grab a quick bite then take off..lol
