LA Times today all over story that Clippers' coach V DelN may be on his way out. One aspect was that he had not gotten Blake to a higher level of play since last season. Blake they thought was on a flatline ability-wise from the past season to this one.

This team went from Blake's team to CP3's team which has hurt Blake's development.

Also when you add as many parts as the Clippers have especially in a year where they haven't had time to practice much due to the lockout the chemistry problems they're having now have to be expected.

I've never really understood how he's used anyway. He's the main screen setter 25 feet from the basket(yes, some do result in pick and rolls) but couldn't Jordan, who has no role in the offense, set some of those. Blake also seems to handle the ball outside quite a bit. It's few and far between when he gets the ball on the blocks. And, as mentioned, with the new players there always seems to be someone eager to launch from the outside.

Blake needs to keep working on his game. Low post moves, 15 foot shot, defense, and free throws.
