He was at the day 1 practice and has been to the facility since.
Kur has been at facility as well.

Is there a timeline on when Bryce Thompson is making his decision? Not that there’s any hurry, other than my personal impatience!
Coach or anyone that might be in the know some, have you heard anymore here? I know you said that had a great zoom. Have you heard anything else or any feeling what direction he is leaning at this point?
Thanks coach! I might be off, but if he’s staying in state, I have to think it’s a bedlam battle. I get the reasons why he would go to Tulsa, but man that’s just tough for me to see a player of that caliber going that route. My gut feeling has always been the pokes for some reason. I hope I’m wrong on that!
Is OSU a weaker program than us? Is that how i'm interpreting that comment? They haven't done that much worse than we have, record-wise, and swept us last year, which hurt big time! Do they haven anyone promising coming in that they are excited about? I don't like their coach - he seems pretty mouthy, so that sweep hurt that much more for me. Fingers crossed we get Thompson, but if he goes orange I'll almost immediately root against him!
I believe WS was referring to Tulsa as the weaker program

Doesn't matter. You don't transfer from KU b/c you are looking to play for the "better program". Bryce is looking out for himself. He is going to the school that gives him the best chance to "show out" for the NBA. Period. Maybe that's OU. Maybe it's OSU. Maybe it's TU. Kid can be the top gun at TU easily.
Not sure why some of our fans don't get that going to the school with the best team isn't usually number 1 on a kids list. I see it in football all the time. It's crazy. Kids have different priorities, even moreso in hoops than football it seems at times.
NFL and NBA rosters are littered with guys who played at small schools, mid-majors, etc. If he has the talent he will get to the NBA from OU, OSU, TU, Davidson, Hawaii, whatever....
OU will be loaded if he goes to OU though.
I’m not questioning whether he will be able to attract NBA attention. Of course he can do that anywhere; I’ve made that point a hundred times in other threads. The question is why you’d want to play with and against lesser competition if you view yourself as an elite player. There is a reason four and five star kids almost all choose to go to high majors out of high school. If he still views himself that way, why go somewhere where you have will only play a handful of games all season against elite competition, and where you likely won’t make the tournament?
Yea, I don't know. My only guess is that he wants to be the man, or has a good relationship with the coach at a lower level school... like Quentin Grimes going from KU to Houston.
