I met my wife when we were both in 5th grade... Still together today. That being said, it wasn't a 3 day process.

He was recruited by all these same schools like a year ago... chose to go to Kansas... played a year and averaged 4 ppg.. bails on KU...... Now is considering the exact same schools that recruited him previously.

Lets go... Go to OU and lets get on with it. I want to pencil you into the lineup already.

That's why he's taken his time. He went to KU under the promise where he would be more of a PG type player, not a shooter, and ended up playing a shooting role.

This time, he's trying to make sure he doesn't get BS'd again, and makes the right decision. Decision will come soon, but it makes sense why it's taken him so long.


Also, for those talking about how OU recruited him the last time, realize that it's not the same OU. OU has a new coach, had to make a new relationship, etc.

Of course they are. UK will be more of the same as what he saw at KU. Lots of mouths to feed, and he would be stepping into a dumpster fire.

Gonzaga would be a great scenario for him, but they do not have a 1 on 1 style offense. That offense runs through the bigs as well, especially with Timme back and Holmgren coming in.
