I think Cam will do just fine against most of those guys. Kruger will give him the encouragement he needs to be more aggressive and use his atleticism to attack the rim as well as the boards. Cam may be a year away from having that breakout season we expected when he came to OU. But I think we'll see a vastly improve and more confident player than we saw last year.

What do you think Cam's ceiling is? For example, I really think his ceiling is Tony Crocker, or maybe slightly better. Just curious what you think.

Such is life for a 3 in major college basketball....

Things I'd like to see Cam improve on for this year:

1) Driving the basketball - getting to the line
2) Rebounding and getting some extra points on offensive putbacks
3) Helpside defense - shotblocking

From what I've heard, he is getting more rotation on his shot and has put on some weight to his frame.

Good question, WT. I would put Cam's ceiling above that of T Crock, but it's difficult to say how much higher he is capable of reaching at this point. I think Cam will be a better offensive player, mainly because he has the handles to be more creative off of the dribble, an area where Tony struggled throughout his career. I don't know if he will be a better (or even equal) defender than Tony, though. He has a ways to go to reach that level. Crocker was pretty salty on defense.

I think Cameron has a higher ceiling that Crocker. Maybe its just hype, i dont know yet.
