I have been in sales my whole life, if closed 8 out of 27 opportunities, not only would I be broke, I would not have a job in sales. Why is this allowed?

I thought he would get one more year, but if we finish with a record worse than last Year's I think Joe C may go ahead and make a change. If he does get another year it should be make the tourney or he's gone.

I have been entrenched in my position that Capel will get another year since last January, but if this continues, just not sure it's going to happen.
