Calling out a typo is never really justified. A typo is a slip of the finger. It's a missing or extraneous letter. It's an honest mistake not worth noting.

What we're seeing in this guy's posts aren't typos. They're spelling errors and grammatical mistakes at a frequency common to people who can't write for ****. And you're right, it is pretty tiresome to essentially be called stupid by someone incapable of putting a complete sentence together.

The legendary Division 2 (contradiction??) coach this guy speaks about is a moron if he is saying there are that many players coming out of Oklahoma every year who are better prospects than Pledger. If not a moron, he or she is at least senile or a raging drunk who makes outrageous claims to his minions at retirement parties, who of course are more than willing to soak in the knowledge of a legend, and who wouldn't dare question someone that put Division 2 teams into submission, narrowly missing out on the hall of fame. He probably even drinks for free.

My guess, however, is I am actually insulting a ghost. A figment of "this guy's" (sorry, I don't remember the rather mundane username) imagination, I gather.

Might wanna go back and tell Nick the same thing. Pretty sure Gary didn't start the name calling. I might not agree with him, at all in some cases, but all he has done up until today is present his point, and argue it, whether right or wrong.

If you want to discuss the value of Arent, Grooms vs the current roster or whatever. Start a new thread for it but KEEP IT CIVIL. People have different opinions, this is a discussion board, if we all had the same opinion it would be boring, learn to except those with other opinions and dont try to mark them as the outcast or whatever happened in this thread.
