Explanation?

OU Women have been to 2 finals 4s in the last 5 years, and 4 sweet 16's in the past decade. And we have not missed the NCAA Tourney since '99. Yet, recruiting has not met expectations. We have trouble landing the best players in the country on a yearly basis. What gives?? Is Sherry a better coach than recruiter??

Would it be much different if we went down to #7?
