Do you think he will be better next year at the power forward position if Goff is good enough defensively to man the 5?

I think Drew has the offensive game to play the power foward position, but I worry that he won't be able to stay with most power fowards on the defensive end....

Isn't it more appropriate to ask if he will still be here next year? How many playes have played for Capel more than 2 seasons? AJ, Crocker, Cade Davis and who else?

I didn't know I needed to clarify. IF Drew stays at OU (which he will imo), then....

I wasn't very optimistic about Fitz coming into this season but he has improved night and day difference. Last year seemed like he was miserable just trying to move his weight but this year he has done very good at getting rebounds against players more athletic than him. I would like to see him at 4 cause that means we got a legit big man at the 5.

Didn't we play him at power forward last year and he was abused on the defensive end? Offensively, no one questions he has game. Defense :facepalm

True. But he was about 40 pounds heavier then. He looks like he is a tad more mobile this year imo.

Other than his progress in the off season, he shouldn't be compared to last year at all. He is a completely different player now.

Very pleased with how hard he worked in the off-season. It really shows this year and I think he could be a really good player during this upperclassman years.

Would be a great offensive spark off the bench!

But i dont know how he doesnt start...who else will be there at PF? I thought the whole reason Osby left was so he could play more on the perimeter...leaving our lineup much like this:

SF: Osby
PF: Fitz
C: Goff

C: Robert Goff

That assumes a lot from Clark though... such as being able to dribble a basketball.
