YES. He would have been a 6th / 7th round draft pick had he stayed at Alabama to back up Tua. Instead, he became a Heisman Trophy runner-up and a 2nd round draft pick. Lincoln Riley gets credit for that whether people like it or not. More importantly, Jalen Hurts gives him credit for that. That is why in spite of spending three years at Alabama and starting in two National Championship games, he says "Roll Sooners" in his Sunday Night NBC game introductions.

As for the current team, are we just snakebit on the offensive line or is there a coaching / conditioning problem? All schools have injury issues, but this is off the charts. Can we borrow Trent W, Creed H and Lane J for a game or two?
