Football question

Very stupid and uninformed tweet. This was never open and shut.

Now, I did say that I thought he would win. But it's no where close to "open and shut". Hes a moron
Yep, and the funny part is that some of the same folks acting like it was a sure thing today were doom and gloom a couple months ago when the NCAA ruled. They more or less acted like it was all over at that point.

so kip/owen start....the dude from mich is now a backup?
nesta supposed to be impressing...
anyone else i'm forgetting?
i am not sure if owen starts .. the mich dude has reportedly looked great .. either way those 3 will play a ton of snaps

Thanks, counsel.
It's kinda funny that the guy who never played or coached football is saying that non-lawyers can't comment on legal matters while he talks about football.

But maybe you have a point, seeing as John Hoover now has one more accurate prediction than you've had in this thread for the past 15 months.

I never said he wouldn't win his case. I said it was idiotic for someone who doesn't know the law or the facts of a case to pretend to know how a judge will rule. And I never said Hoover or anyone else "can't comment." They just look silly when they try to act like experts. You can tell in a lot of their tweets that they often don't understand or properly use legal terms. There is a reason most newspapers usually have reporters whose specific job is to cover the court system. Those people usually don't have legal degrees, but they at least gain some level of expertise by covering the system on a regular basis. Seeing Sooner Scoop and other football bloggers weigh in on the merits of a legal matter as if they were John Marshall was funny.
