Doing the "little things" is important when you have very little room for error. Once again in conference, we see a team that:
- struggles finishing on a fast break
- can't finish at the rim
- too casual on rebounds
- inconsistent on in-bounds plays
- turns the ball over late
- misses key/late FTs
It's unfortunate that it takes conference play to really expose the warts (after once again getting our hopes up), but they were there occasionally in the non-con as well. I have nothing against Moser, but he isn't cut out to coach at this high of a level. He has proven that continually....just look at the roster construction....once again, deeply flawed. And as this program continues to fade further into irrelevance....it's a sad deal all around, but mostly for the fans.
Hello darkness my old friend.
