Too early to write the team off, but we're not great right now.

A bunch of individuals that have no idea how to work as a team.

Reid and Davis both think they are NBA wings and just want to shoot it and get out and run. Gotta be smart with the ball. Drive under control. And grow a pair and fight inside. Those two have to be able to help rebound this year. They are getting manhandled.

And Nwankwo is lost. I hope Jones is back and soon and his healthy, because Nwankwo isn't "it" right now.

Its not a lid.. we take bad shots bc pm has no offensive scheme. He never has. We can never generate layups. We always have to have great shooting nights to win big games.. no margins of error ever under pm.

Problem with moving screens is some refs call it extremely tight, but most do not. So all teams attempt to take advantage. OU got caught in this game, but Gonzaga has had some that were not called.

Yeah, this is one where our inability to keep them off the glass started the snowball rolling, throw in a ton of misses, a couple of bad calls, and some foul trouble, and that snowball gets a ton of momentum. Game's not over. We can shoot it -- get shots going in early, and who knows what kind of pressure we put on them. Get another foul on Ike, and make some defensive adjustments. But it's going to take another great second half.

Nwankwo is a solid one on one defender, but he is struggling with weakside help.

I didn't overreact after the opening game, or during the Wisconsin scrimmage as I am an eternal optimist. That being said.... DAMN.. that first half was hard to watch. Just standing around watching them get offensive rebound after offensive rebound. Unacceptable. Hope it gets better, going to be a long year if that's the effort OU gets. Doesn't help that everyone is ice cold on offense. They'll come around I am sure, but that was tough. Forget that effort and come make it a game in the 2nd half, Sooners!

I am going to lose my mind on the lack of effort and toughness. You can make an excuse for the lack of flow with the offense because it is early in the season and these things sometimes take time. But the lack of fight and hustle is disappointing because that is a controllable facet of the game

We’ve been killed on the glass for five years. At some point, you can’t pretend effort isn’t a big part of that. And if it’s mental mistakes, that’s also a poor reflection of the coach.
