I for incomplete. We could easily lose 5 games in a row and everyone here will think the sky is falling.

Oklahoma State has two first round draft picks, plus Markel Brown. It's not even close, they have way more talent, but a lesser coach.

Iowa State is probably about even with us talent wise.

osu has 1 first round pick .. and then Nash .. who is not a first round pick

Yeah, anybody that picks Nash in the first round is probably going to be disappointed.

Yes, we could lose five games in a row. So could every single team in the country.

I don't think anyone's getting ahead of themselves with this team. We just lost to KU and KSU, after all; no one's forgotten that. If we'd shot in those games like we did last night, we might not have lost them, but last night was probably the anomaly; we certainly can't count on shooting that well going forward.

But the question is not what grade will Kruger deserve at the end of the season, but what grade does he deserve now.

I gave him an A for many reasons. One he recruited the kids that are making a difference. They have gotten better, They have won games could have lost, his scheduling is paying and will pay big dividends. At first of season I figured NCAA bubble was probably ceiling. Now this team has a chance to be a 5 or 6 seed if keep playing well. One bad loss doesn't take this to a B for me. What team doesn't have a loss they shouldn't. Another win against a tournament team.

Agreed. This team has grown significantly during the season, not without bumps, but really gotten better. He brought in 3 freshmen guards that have contributed significantly to the betterment of this team. I'm not really sure there's another coach in the country that could have taken what he had in Oct and matched this success. Still a lot of basketball to be played but at this point and time, you really can't give him less IMO.

So glad Lon Kruger is here. We needed and deserve a coach like him. Our program will continue to grow with him.

A - the stuff that made me frustrated and made me vote C last time, like playing freshmen so much, was actually great coaching. While it was difficult to watch such sloppy ball early on, it is paying off and has helped get us to where we are now, which is tied for 2nd in the conference.

People who are not even that into basketball are telling me they hear we've got a great coach. My OSU buddy says he's jealous that we have a good coach. It has been so long since I have been able to feel positive about the direction of this team. This man is a great coach and deserves an A in my book.

:clap

Solid B+ we got about what was expected in a good season. Not perfect, but solid.

I think I went A the first time. I'd say B+. It was a good year and really close to a great year. I'm happy with it, but not ecstatic (I would have been with wins over OSU, UT, and TCU).

b

I think he will need to step it up to the b+ a- range for us to make the tourney again next season without Ro, pledge, fits, and grooms.

B-. THe way we ended the season bumped it down from a B+/A-. Losing the TCU, Iowa St., and Texas games cost us in seeding, which ended up costing us in the tournament.

Anyway, if Kruger gets next year's team to the dance he deserves an A+. This year's team was extremely offensively challenged, and the few offensive bright spots are gone. Going to have to have absurd improvements from M'baye, Hield, Clark, and Hornbeak, or have Jordan Woodard be ready to score a lot of points.

No reason for me to vote again...sticking with the 'B' I gave him in midseason. He certainly did a good job with this team, but those late game collapses down the stretch are the reason I won't go higher.

B, we made it to the dance this year which I though was a long shot. Hopefully he can help the freshman improve over the summer so we are better next year.

I give him a B. He exceeded some expectations, and got us to the Dance.
