How about another Cameron Clark is a bust thread

He ONLY had 26 points. Come On Mustache I expect 30 a game from a top 30 recruit.

Before people jump all over me there is no sarcasm font and I am not serious. I'm glad he has started to adjust to the college game.

He needs consistency. He's really lacked it the first half of this season. Great night tonight.

Cam was AWESOME tonight! He had 26 points on 9 of 13 shooting from the field (4-6 from three) and 4 of 4 from the line to go with 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. That's one heck of a game for anyone, especially a freshman. Cameron Clark is a future star. He showed everyone tonight why he was a top 30 recruit in tonight's game.

Great job, Cam!!! :clark:

:clap :clap

What blew my mind is I looked up at almost half time and saw we were shooting 81% from the field. If it weren't for our terrible passing and dribbling we might stand a chance at winning some conference games.

We have many "problems", but I think the biggest one is our defense. We give up too many open looks.

But in all fairness, most made 3-point field goals come on open looks. We had our share of open looks last night. Fortunately, we were able to hit enough of them to win the game. But I agree: we do need to play better defense.

Clark is the bright spot of this season no doubt. We just have to hope he doesn't get frustrated with 30 point losses and 10 win seasons and transfer somewhere so he can play in the NCAA tournament.

If capel is allowed to come back but Cam leaves I will be uber-frustrated.

He's a FRESHMAN. I am hoping this is a joke

Exactly. And the thread you are refering to was only 4-5 games into his freshman year, which makes it that much dumber.

But to respond to the question of his consistency, I heard Bob Barry say that Cam has been averaging 11 ppg the past 5 games, going into last night. I'll take that from any freshman.

Man, it was fun to see Blair and Cam connect 4 times for alley-oops in one game!!:woot

He looks like he is getting his legs under him and confidence...

He is progressing at a much faster rate than i thought he could after seeing him play early in the season...he is an athlete (his shot bugs the hell out of me/very little rotation) and has shown he can score...

Capel's players are getting better...Clark and Washington are prime examples

How about we have another one of these threads every time Clark has a good game? That'll show 'em.
