Capel's substitution patterns are fine. If those on our bench are not good enough at this time to contribute and help us win, then they need to remain on the bench. To this point, no one other than CJ and maybe Newell have shown they deserve more minutes.

I'd like to see Neal play more especially if the game gets out of hand. Put him out there and let him get ready for next year.

Exactly. The bench is going to be much shorter in conference play, particularly in competitive games. Now if we get down 30 to somebody then we should definitely be dipping deep into the bench. However if we have a chance to win, then the guys that give us the best chance need to play.

The only chance we've got of playing in the post season is to pretty much win out in the regular season or win the conference tournament. I

Really? You don't think an OU team that finishes 16-14 with an 8-8 conference record would be left out of the NIT?

While I might agree that we need to win proably at least 20 games (which means a 12-4 conference mark) to make the NCAA,let's face it that is a pipe dream regardless of how many players Capel plays.I am a Jeff guy BUT we don't have the talent to get in the NCAA,I'd be tickled if we can get an NIT bid.
