As every media outlet in Vegas was saying "Lon Kruger to OU" he was holding on to the "NOT TRUE.....HE IS STAYING!!!!" routine......He even said Lon told him he is not going to OU.
Would like to read his take on it now..but he has been quiet.
I remember the Robert Allen quotes after OSU's bowl loss..."Les Miles is NOT going to LSU!!!!"

At that point, I'm sure that everything had pointed to Lon staying.

One of the radio guys here was saying that last night at midnight Lon told him that he wasn't going...then this morning he finally caved in to Joe.

Problem for Maathuis is that Lon told him that YESTERDAY and today things changed. He can only go off what he knows personally, but again things change... we definitely saw that they did.

The problem was he tweeted this afternoon at around 2:30 that Lon said he is staying. This was after the Vegas newspaper and the TW and Oklahman all said Lon to OU was a done deal.
