Its a dumb question imo. Capel will be back. Whether we like it or not he will be back next year barring something besides losing basketball games happening.
I didn't realize it was dumb to assume an 8 game losing streak and a 12-16 overall record heading into the final game might cost a coach at a top 20 basketball school EVER his job after a 13-18 season the year before...
My bad, I guess you just have to lay down and lose by 30 every week to get some of you guys in the mindset to discuss change.
Seriously abd, STFU. I am embarrased that you are a "Sooner fan". trash
hahahaha... what a clown. Pull your head out of your ass, man. Its a legit question, no matter how much BIGTIME and the other people with no expectations want to continue denying it.
Its a shame too because this board used to be an asset to OU bball recruiting. I hope no recruit ever reads it now. Its hyperbole at its highest point.
This is the problem with your line of thinking. Winning games = happy fans, happy fans = positive posting. You can't be on the verge of a 7 or 8 game losing streak and expect anyone on here to not post something about said losing streak, lol. What kinda world are you guys living in?
I've said it a million times... This board (like any other board) is a direct reflection of the current state of the program. Not many people are delusional enough to be 100% positive no matter what. Thats what OSU football fans are like before the start of every season.
What if TU was still here to give virtual highfives to BOB and abd? I think I would kill myself (virtually).
We need to get SoonerfanTU back.
Didn't you start a thread earlier today calling Nebraska a salty squad and saying that they have given good teams very close games on the road?
Ya, but I still picked OU in that thread because its been a few years since they have won a conference game on the road. But, they are well coached and tough. Its amazing that he is 17-8 without a single top 100 player on his roster.
So the bottom line here is, no matter how much they lose Jeff Capel can't be questioned this year? That seems to be general theme here. At OU, a top 20 program ever, you can have a couple of 13-18 seasons and keep on chuggin along.
Interesting.
