Here's some fantasy for you. Rebuild the LNC parking lot. Build multiple level parking garages in some areas and build the rest out as retail areas that OU could lease out to shops and restaurants. Create a new urban core with an arena in the middle.

Our practice facilities are top-notch, and are most likely the main reason a new arena will be built on or very near the current site. Plans are drawn, plans are approved, they just don't have the money. Phase II will get the all clear before Phase III is addressed.

Phase I - south endzone upgrade
Phase II - west side upgrade
Phase III - Lloyd Noble Center

1. Make a big donation for general use.
2. Buy ad space in the Daily Joke and the Tulsa Swirled to promote OU basketball, since they won't do us any favors if they can avoid it.
3. Buy the unused "donor tickets" and give them to school kids, so there's actually life in those sections.
