Illinois/Oklahoma

They hit another three! They have more threes than twos, 8-6.
Sharane committed two quick turnovers. Lead is three. 17:18.

Sherri needs to get out of the zone. They make a couple of passes and find wide open shooters BTA.

Simmons makes yet another three. OU 43-41 14:49

They didn't show how Carter was knocked down, and Simmons ended up with the ball. No foul?

We need to get Kornet back in the game and see if she can knock down some shots.

49-50 as McKenna doesn't block out, and they get a putback off a free throw. T'Ona, LaNesia, and Gioya have missed layups, badly. Well, LaNesia's was about an eight-foot floater. Works better if it is only five.

We have given up 17 turnovers and Ill. has 18 points off those turnovers. Pretty much tells the story of why we trail.

53-60 as LaNesia and Gioya try to dibble into the middle in a crowd, losing it both times. Gioya misses the front end of a one and one. THINK.

Guys, the way the ladies of played this week indicates that this could be a very long season unless Sherri can get them on the right track. Free throws, turn overs, defense all need to be address and need to be addressed as soon as they get home.

I cannot figure out why Sherri has stayed in the zone when it has killed us by giving up wide open shots.

FINALLY, Sherri has us pressing. About 20 minutes late but better than nothing.

Good question … we've allowed some overly clean looks at the arc for them and they're taking advantage.

We went forever without scoring. We weren't moving at all. We took stupid shots. Even our threes were a bit off balance. MOVE.

I wondered why Nicole wasn't playing. Wrist injury. We need her. She would really have helped against this team.

Illinois has hit ten three-pointers, three times normal.

Would love to see a replay of that foul when Kay Kay fouled out.

Sharane can win it by making these 2 free throws with 1.1 seconds left.
