Really was an awful noncall. If teams are going to try to foul af the end of games up 3 (a strategy I wholeheartedly agree with), refs shouldn't tell them get away with it if they aren't smart enough to pull if off without fouling in the act of shooting. Not only did he clearly foul, he did so on purpose, yet the ref still swallowed his whistle.
