Pretty good article.

All coaches who are fired don't think they had enough time but I just don't see that it was going to get turned around anytime soon.

I'll root for Capel at his next head coaching spot.

He said that the last 2 years have made him a better coach. He didn't mention exactly what he has learned so I think time will only tell if that statement is true.

He also said that he thought the program was headed in the right direction. All I can say is his final recruiting class went from a class of one to a class of none.

I liked the article and wish Capel the best. I have no hard feelings towards him, I simply think that he got too enchanted with the potential of Tiny and TMG and got bitten for it. Just like Sampson, I will root for him at his next HC job.
