Just wanted to get some thoughts on the Big Monday game tomorrow. For obvious reasons, we want to see an ISU victory. Kansas has looked sluggish ever since our game with them in Lawrence. KU isn't shooting the ball particularly well right now and they can't seem to guard teams on the perimeter. Having said that, I think most of us are waiting for KU to "flip the switch" and look like the KU of old. But I'm not sure they have the pieces this year. And ISU seems to be playing better after their rough start in the Big 12.

ISU by 8....I think.

I agree with your assessment. ISU doesn't lose too often in the Hilton Coliseum. That place will be packed and their crowd will be loud.

The Cyclones definitely have the edge.

I'd agree...they seem very tentative. Opened it up after the slow start against the horns. They had the tougher game vs ut...isu had tcu

KU has hired Baylor to travel to Hilton and play the game tomorrow.

Anxious to see how KU plays in a tough environment. Are they just getting too relaxed at home and at weaker away games? Or, will they come out tougher and rise to the occasion?

I think they will play tougher than recently but still kind of think ISU pretty much leads from start to finish.

I'll go with ISU 88 KU 78

Big game for both teams. KU wants to keep pace with us and WVU (I am discounting Baylor here a little as I do not feel they have played a tough Big 12 schedule yet). ISU needs the game to keep pressure on the top teams. If KU can pull this one off, they have the edge on us since we lost at ISU. Go Cyclones.

Wishing for ISU win, this should be a great game if both play well.

I think ISU whoops them silly. That is if they're playing like I saw the other day.

If Self has woken them up then I predict ISU still wins but it is closer.

Going with the Cyclones by 5. We should be big ISU fans.

I do think we will see KU play better tonight, but their guards can't stop penetration and they don't have a true rim protector this year. It would not shock me if this game got out of hand, but I will stick with my earlier prediction....ISU by 8.

So far....ISU reverting back to no defense. Kansas getting absolutely anything they want in the paint....ugh.

KU doing the right thing - forcing ISU to play D and taking it inside.

ISU has had several rim out, but Morris is keeping them in the game. No one else is doing anything for them. KU still having success around the rim. ISU will not win if they don't find a rhythm at some point. I think they are fortunate to be down 6.

KU looks like the better team and is playing like the better team. They came to play tonight. ISU hanging in there.

Yep...KU is moving the ball really well on offense. What surprises me is how off ISU seems to be on the offensive end.

I know. When you watch KU set a high screen and get layups you wonder how ISU is ever going to stop them. ISU is a very good offensive though (streaky).

Unfortunately isu doesn't play defense...ku does. Isu is hoping ku misses shots.
