Is anyone else starting to get the feeling that Manek and Williams might be back -- depending on the coach?

Manek had a really frustrating year by all accounts, and it's obvious he wasn't satisfied with the result. And Williams has a ton to gain financially by taking over that third guard spot for a full year, especially if he can get back to his midseason form and develop a jumpshot.

I bet Williams will stay if the new coach wants him. Manek is probably more likely to stay with a new regime IMO

I’d like to see Williams come back he improved a lot from year one to year two. He seemed overwhelmed a lot his first year.
He is obviously a great athlete he does some of the best in-game dunks we’ve ever seen at OU.
If he develops a consistent jumper and continues to get better on defense he can be a difference maker.
Manek could come back with new regime and finish his career on a high note if the new coach plays him as a stretch four rather than having him guard the five where he gets bullied in the painted area and loses his confidence.
I’d like to see both of them come back.

I JUST WANT A NEW COACH!!!!

I think both could be back.

Is the delay possibly related to the hire? You had mentioned a quick timetable, but here we are a week later and crickets. Maybe it is a Sampson.

I was told so.. but that makes me think the new coach is still coaching...

I think McCasland is still in play.

What about Najera with Carlos Slim backing him? That would be game changing for OU!

I think BM may come back but at different school. Williams I have no idea
