Of course it's enforceable, being at the game is a privilege, not a right.
Buying a ticket and attending a sporting event is neither a right or privilege. It is a contract.

Actually you are crazy saying they don't. Do you really want to live in a society where the government decides what you can and cannot say? What happens when it is your speech that is silenced?
If person a can pass out a flyer that says cheer loud person B likely has the right to pass out vile hate speech.
This is a gross understatement of the law. Free speech prohibits state action that restricts virtually any form of speech including speech that we find offensive. There are some limited exceptions such as screaming fire in a theater, fraud, or defamation. However even in these settings our Courts are protective of the speaker.
As a result Larry Flint may publish a vile parody about Rev fallwell, those freaks in Kansas May protest funerals and people may lie about serving on the military.
Not inside the confines of a sporting event. Have you ever wondered why the Westboro Baptist idiots only protest OUTSIDE sporting events? Because they aren't allowed to do that inside.
May fans steam insults? Once you say yes it becomes very problematic to say certain insults are not allowed. The reason is the state has allowed speech but now wants to restrict the content of the speech.
I don't support anyone saying vile things. I would never say those things but I strongly believe it is a persons Constitutional right to be ignorant
Interesting from deadspin on how Internet rumors get stated as fact when no one really knows anything at this point...

What are you talking about? Those are separate issues, nobody is saying the fan doesn't have the right to say what he wants, but Free Speech isn't Speech Free from Consequences. TT absolutely has the right to ban him for sayng those things.
We are free from governmental consequences. Tech is part of the government. Tech has created an environment were people may scream offensive comments. Once they did that it is very difficult to censor certain comments.

Nobody is saying it isn't but TT has the right to police their own events. You didn't answer my question, are TT students allowed to curse at their instructors?

Since Tech is "part of the government" are the students allowed to curse at their instructors?
So an OU student may scream sheep molester at a sporting event but not a racial comment? Who defines the line? Both statements are offensive. Your position amounts to a content based restriction on speech and content based restrictions are subjected to strict scrutiny and struck down virtually 100% of the time

They have the right to be ignorant, but that doesn't mean there won't be consequences. Remember Imus who called the Rutgers women's basketball team "nappy headed hoes"? He was suspended and later on fired, pretty sure those comments had everything to do with that.
