Yea or Nay?

Need more personalities like him, TV seems to ram NCAA hoops coaches down your throats more now, at the expense of marketing players, after all it was magic and bird that really turned the fortunes of NCAA basketball around.....not Judd heathcoat and Bill Hodges

The man did just tweet, "AITE!!! IM OFF THIS HOE!!! GOT THESE HOES TO TEND 2!!! #YALLBEEASY"

He's a douche. Typical punk who isn't near as good as he thinks he is.

I find it very funny that he thinks he is going to the NBA.

"It's a freaking game. It's a basketball game. People take it so seriously that it's funny for a little white guy like me to just come around, talk trash to people and the fans. Like, what are you going to do in the stands? What am I going to do on the court to you in the stands? It's funny just to mess with people." - Marshall Henderson

Dude is just having fun and trolling everybody at the same time. Yeah, he's probably a pot dealer d*uche off the court, but it's fun to get a personality.

Saw an interesting tweet talking about how hard they have cracked down on taunting in NCAA football but not basketball. Now we can take away touchdowns for small taunts, but tons of stuff in bball gets overlooked.

that said, I can't stand this kid. A lot of players could probably average 20 points if they were allowed to jack up almost 11 threes a game and make ~35% of them. His overall shooting % is like 37% which is just awful considering how much he runs his mouth

If he had done that after the game, I wouldn't have a huge problem with it. But DURING the game? No place for that.

You do understand that 35% three point shooting is pretty good shooting. It would be the 7th highest percentage in the conference. That is 105 points on 100 shots or the equivalent of 52.5% shooting inside the arc. 40% from 3 is great.

Like your stats, thanks for the input. That said, I looked at the NCAA stats this year and sorted by 3 pointers taken. He is obviously #1 and out of the 10 guys with most takes this year, he is 8th in 3 FG%, so not exactly one of the top guys that pulls all the time, not even average.

I will say I am softer on my point after your stat, but part of my argument is he isn't that great for all the garbage trash talk he does. For how he behaves he pretty much needs to be an AA in my book. It really is opinion on how you like his attitude I guess

Jason Sutherland 2.0

Sutherland gave people plenty of reasons not to like him, but he and Henderson don't share many other similarities.

Someone above called Henderson genuine. He's the opposite of that. He does stuff purely to get a reaction out of people. It's not a legitimate expression of emotion or competitiveness. It's an expression of him being a disrespectful d*ck toward fans and opponents. He does anything he can to piss people off and draw more attention to himself.
