They have some nice talent which helps, but he seems off to a great start.

I thought they took a risk on him. Had some experience in the NBA as an asst., but wasn't like he was the lead asst at Miami. I believe he was a bigman coach and DC. Thought it was more of a way to bring excitement back vs. hiring a great coach, but with the staff he has, it looks like it is working so far.
