Those 3 + Harmon & Reeves are probable starters imo.

Doolittle, Manek, Bieniemy, Reeves, and Harmon starting?

to say that excites me would be a significant understatement. This is a really good time to be an OU basketball fan.

Try to contain yourself just a bit, coolm. Like me, your advanced age makes it risky to get overly excited. :ez-laugh:

Excites me too. Just watched an Alondes Williams video CoachTalk posted on another thread. He will be a nice addition to the team next season, and he might even push someone in this group for a starting spot.

Nothing wrong with that. Competition for playing time is a good thing.

Possibly the wrong thread but Hannes at the bottom says a lot to me given injuries at the 5. If he had made any progress from last season I would have expected him to get some limited time.

I think that's probably fair to say, although I also think that the smaller lineup has worked so well that Polla just wouldn't be a good fit with how we are playing. I was mildly surprised he didn't play at all in Lawrence because he gave us some good minutes last year against Doke in Norman, but we have rebounded so well even without Muni that there just hasn't been a need for him. I won't be surprised if he ends up playing some minutes in a game or two based on matchups and fouls, but he obviously is out of the rotation.

On another note, Lon has obviously shortened the rotation now that conference play has started, which he usually does. Freeman hasn't played nearly as much, and that probably won't change unless/until he gets his shot back. Even though he has improved on defense, he needs to make shots to play significant minutes.
