Tough year for NBA Sooners. Reaves was playing at an All-Star level, but is now injured. Young has been injured for a good part of the season and is on the trading block. Buddy is riding the bench for the first time in his career. I will say that Fears is playing better than I would have expected this early into his rookie season. I can only hope the second half of the season goes better.

Sounds more and more like TY won’t be with the Hawks much longer. They have been much better without him this season. He needs to find a way to get his game back on track, whether it’s with Atlanta or somewhere else.

I was watching their game last night, and the announcers were discussing how much better Atlanta's perimeter defense is without TY on the court. They have several long, athletic defenders who can guard the 1-3 positions. Of course, TY's offense is better than all of them, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the Hawks move on from him.

And unfortunately, his offense has regressed, too. I read an article yesterday by a really good NBA author in which he listed TY as one of his five most disappointing players in the league so far this season. He’s young enough that he could still turn things around and I hope he does, but he needs to do so quickly before his stock falls even further.
