The rhetoric tossed about on social media is exhausting by opposition. The talk about tax dollars lost is the main argument, but it has not taken off like originally planned and nothing has been planned. If nothing develops there is still zero tax dollars… This will at least drive further development even in areas that are not part of the TIF which I believe would still be a net gain for the city. I am just not convinced the parking needs are fully covered.

Based off last night, if it goes to a vote, it will fail miserably. Norman hates OU, even though I 100% get why they will vote no.
