They lost their last game to Bowling Green after winning their first 3 games. If we play well I expect us to win fairly easily.

Well we did beat them by 50 at our place last year, but then again we beat N. TEX at their place by 29, so which team shows up? I say we win by 35 on the road. A good start before Utah and Boston College at the "Jam".

The game will be on ESPN3. I will be in attendance. This is my first OU game!

I see that Maddie is a captain, only by watching the men's game. She said it was embarrassing to lose against North Texas for a captain.

She took control of the early part of the BYU game. Even after she finished scoring, she was still quite active on defense, rebounding, and assists. As the announcers said, she was everywhere. We kind of needed that. Hopefully,, as a captain, she will take charge when we need it.

I thought that Maddie looked fatigued in the second half. I have never seen her lack energy before. But, she seemed tired or unfocused. I did notice that she was fine shooting if she didn't think about it. If she had to decide to shoot, she missed.

We need a good start on the road. I can't tell much about Bradley from the stats. There really isn't much there. They lost to Bowling Green because they were badly outrebounded, about 55-31. Neither team shot well. Bradley doesn't seem to cause or make many turnovers. They don't shoot threes well, nor badly. Mediocrity. I see nothing to fear. But, then, there is North Texas.

Bradley Renaissance Coliseum looked small in the morning workout pictures on twitter. It seats 4200, built in 2009.

OU 8-3 early on threes by Peyton and Derica. Derica also with a two. No movement inside. Kay Kay and Maddie played about two minutes before being replaced by Vivi and Shaya. Bradley appears slow and awkward thus far.

Turnovers, turnovers, turnovers. If we take care of the basketball and quit driving into double and triple teams we are up by over 20. Have to start playing smart basketball. Nice to see McKenna on the floor.

+1. You nailed it! Great to see shots falling for Gabbi.

34-21 at the half.
9 Ortiz
8 Manning
6 Little
5 Wyatt

OU has six blocks: Vivi 3, Kay Kay 2, Maddie 1
OU is 8 of 17 from three, only shot 12 two point shots.
Rebounds even, OU 20-19: Vivi and Maddie with 4, T'Ona and Kay Kay with 3
They have called 11 fouls on OU, some rather cheap. Vivi, Shaya, Kay Kay, Peyton, and Maddie with two.
47% from 3, 45% overall
We are not getting inside.

11 fouls to 4 and we did not shoot one free throw in the first half. However a pretty good called game. Syb, you are right, we need to get more opportunities inside.

We did play sloppily, I don't know about some of those fouls. Cheap. The good news is that they can't hit FTs.

OK. We started getting it inside. Kay Kay with 8 straight points, has 12. 42-24 at the media timeout for the 3rd quarter.

57-34 after 3

14 Kay Kay
12 Gabbi
9 Little
8 Derica
8 Maddie
6 T'Ona
A couple of really bad foul calls on Peyton and Penzo.

67-37
Penzo scores 6
T'Ona up to 8
Only reserves here in the fourth, with the exception of Gabbi
