Woodard playing relatively well....that's about the only positive thing I can point out as of now. Lattin continues to drive me crazy. Just when you think he is starting to figure things out and take the next step (develop consistency)....he has a half like this one. And we are sucking at FTs again....ugh.

I certainly don't think the season is over just need to play smarter which is a learning process. Hopefully we can settle down in the 2nd half.

Considering the level of opponent, this is arguably the worst half of basketball in the Kruger tenure. No FGs in the final four minutes of the half.

They should come back and win the game, but I'm not encouraged by what I've seen today.

it only makes sense for them to cheat over towards woodard. our ballhandling has issues. :ez-laugh: hopefully confidence will help some but it's certainly this groups' achilles heel.

the ballhandling scares me and strong doesn't fill me full of confidence that it will improve. maybe shepherd will step up.

The first five minutes of the second half will tell us a lot about how this team will finish the game. Defensive intensity is the key. Anything less than a 100% effort and we may be biting our nails all the way to the final buzzer.

I'm not going to lie. I'm disappointed by what I have seen so far. In case you're wondering, ACU is picked to finish anywhere from 7th to last in the Southland Conference, depending on the web site you're on.
