Deja Vu for OU - Bubble teams winning crucial games in March while we flounder. So sad
Wow. The Moser/Terry death match should be a blast. Texas gagged the last couple minutes of regulation in a way that would make us proud lol.
Yep, plenty of teams are taking matters into their own hands, on the road no less. Texas and Arkansas were already ahead of us in the NET, and now they both have more Q-1 wins than we do.Deja Vu for OU - Bubble teams winning crucial games in March while we flounder. So sad
I think we could slide to 15, right? If we lose out and LSU wins Saturday, we would be tired with them and they would have the head-to-head tiebreaker. With Texas winning tonight I believe we are guaranteed the 14th seed in the SEC tourney #itmeansmore
7 road wins. Props to those teams for nutting up with everything on the line.
San Diego state is close to going in the bubble loss column
It must be nice being a fan of a team that gets it done when they have to. Atleast Selection Sunday won’t be stressful for OU fans
I hear ya, but Texas got a lot of help from Miss St too. They missed two crucial FT's at the end there, and UT hit theirs. They also missed some 3's late that could have got them the W. We have not only NOT hit crucial shots at the end...we've had our opponents hit ALL their late crucial shots. In the A&M, LSU, Miss, and Kentucky games, they hit every single one of those late game shots. Sometimes you need a little fortune, but none of those situations went our way. We also haven't gotten late game calls which could have gotten us wins in the Kentucky game and Miss game. In the Kentucky game, Fears could have drawn a foul on that late drive...we've all seen them call fouls in situations like that whether it was a foul or not, and Garrison could have easily gotten T'd up by getting in Fears face for taunting. Had that happened earlier in the game and not at the end, it most likely would have been a technical. Dayton absolutely got fouled on the base line at the end of the Miss game. He should have had 2 FT's and if he hit both of those (he was 7/7 in the game), that would have put us up 1 with 6 seconds left.Watching team after team make crucial shots, get crucial stops, and ultimately crucial wins while we can't for 4 years now sucks.
