I wonder if bringing in 3 point guards in one class on a trip is some sort of recruiting strategy. Maybe a statement saying...first come first serve and here is who we are recruiting for that spot.

Joe didn't say anything that hasn't already been discussed on this board concerning Bolden. He just mentioned that Marques had narrowed his list to 4 schools, and that it included OU but excluded Kansas (who just got a commitment from a 5-star center). He said OU had a chance but have likely never led for Bolden.
He does have Bolden listed as a possible visitor for this weekend for the KU game.
As for as Trae Young goes, he just speculates that Trae is close to his family, the OU coaches, and the OU team. He just speculates that OU might be his leader now.
Honestly, none of these points are because he has any inside information, but he just summed up where things stand in recruiting in his opinion. It was a good summary but was really nothing earth shattering. I don't want to build any false hopes.
