SWAC Player of the Year Trevele Jones didnt play in their opener because of some kind of eligibility issue. He is the best player in that conference this year. They don't know when it will be resolved. Their starting PG is also having some kind of issue and didnt play in the opener. Junior Treasure, a 14 ppg scorer last year is also not on the team anymore.

I am sad Junior Treasure isn't on the team anymore, Calvin Newell has made it clear he was going to "get him" on Thursday. Quite a let down as young Cal was sure to do work.

Yeah. I am bummed. Was looking foward to a loud 40 Cal chant after Treasure was stolen from by Newell.
