Reynolds I thought had a few nice passes towards the end, but man I can't stand the way he plays on the offensive end.. I'll say this 10 more times this season lol.. I really like our length.

I have liked him a lot in the 1st 3 games but IMO was pretty bad today. I love the way he attacks the rim & he does it well when there's an opening. Today he tried to force it too often when there wasn't an opening. And on defense he too often got caught either switching late or giving his man too much space. Dakich rightly caught him on 1 that led to an open 3 late.

I said that he didn't play PG on his HS team. Maybe for his AAU team, I can't say. But he didn't for his HS team. That team did play through Bieniemy every time down the court and in clutch time, the ball was in his hands. I saw what a good passer & decision-maker he was. He has done a better job handling the ball than I would have thought this quickly. Hopefully he can keep it up against good, tough, Big 12 guards. Florida's are very good though and, formthe most part, he was very good today.

Jamal is the best option we have to back up Calixte. His basketball IQ is so obvious, I have to believe he’ll get better fast with a little more experience. I love what he brings to the team!

Agreed. I saw him play a few times in high school and knew he was good but he's so much better than I thought he'd be at this stage of his career.

He is just begging for calls and if officials don't blow the whistle it's basically a turnover every time. I just think he's an odd twitchy athlete, which can be good at times. I don't know how good of a shooter he really is.

My only problem with that is hes not really forcing contact on those drives so not really forcing the issue of making the refs give a call

Got our butts kicked today. No problem. Shore up a few things on D and burn the tape. Go out tomorrow, beat Dayton, and fly home happy. I didn't harbor any allusions (grammar help? illusions doesn't look right) of winning the tournament, so 2-1 with that opening win over Florida is all I ever dreamed of being attainable.

Let's go out tomorrow and get it done. Going to need Manek and McNeace to at least emerge from the locker room this time.
