Does the other university (Houston, in this case) have any input into whether a transfer's waiver is granted by the NCAA? If so, I would think Kelvin would not fight a possible waiver for TaShawn. Just a thought.

I may be wrong but I believe their power stops at limiting the prospective schools, not if he received a waiver.

Coach is optimistic all the time about everything. I wouldn't read too much into that as far as our chances regarding this waiver.
