question about recruiting rules

So now that our season is over is our staff allowed to go full bore in recruiting even while the NCAA tourney is still going on? Or is this a dead period? Could our woeful season be used to our advantage over the next couple of weeks...

I think staffs can watch High School games and go to practices, but not talk right now. The AAU season is about to tip off in April. I suspect Capel will be at Hutch for the juco tournament and watching Jones up in Oregon.
