Regional recruiting ties dont matter, you say?

I don't know if it matters if he is from here or not. Kelvin wasn't from here but he recruited this part of the country fairly well. Capel had trouble recruiting this area.

Kelvin was not very good at recruiting this region, but he proved that you do not need to be from this region to have a good team/program.

Tony was originally from Lawton.
