Road games since the start of conference play.....

Well technically we wont be playing road games in the tournament

If it's not a home game, it's a "road" game. Playing the first two rounds in OKC will certainly help, but after that, we'll likely be the favorites in at least the next game (if not both), and the neutral crowds tend to cheer for the underdogs.

Still would be a neutral court

I was hoping (best case) for going 5-4 on the road, 9-0 at home,

If i have to settle for 4-5 and 8-1, I'll still be satisfied!

I was really thinking 6-3 on the road 9-0 or 8-1 at home.

split ku
MAYBE split or sweep, ut, isu, wv...
then maybe a "loss" we shouldn't have

ah well, it is what it is...I'll watch and cheer. I just think the downward spiral the play has become will not be corrected easily.

ku has won 9 straight...we are def going in the wrong direction to get very far in tournament.

IMO, the ISU loss was the killer. If OU wins that game, they likely win the conference, puts a ton of pressure on KU. You have to steal a game on the road you're not supposed too, that's how KU wins every year. OU has failed to do that, unfortunately.

So, we lost a few games we shouldn't have lost (at KSU and at Tech). The others were losses to very good teams, top 25 teams, on the road and the one loss at home to KU. If we finish 12-6 that's a good record considering the strength of this conference.

It's still only year 5 of a major rebuilding job. Sure we aren't where we all want the program to be but my gosh, looking at the long term it's all sunshine. Next year we take a step back but we have better recruits coming in and better young guys on the team than what LK started with and what he recruited in his first class. Buddy, Cousins and Spangler are all good players but they have flaws.

I think we can win 2 games in OKC and then if we can just win the next game we are in the elite 8 with a great chance to make the final 4. You can't ask for more than that.

You'll get no complaints from me. Based on our personnel, I think they are doing about as good as they can do.
