So, we lost a few games we shouldn't have lost (at KSU and at Tech). The others were losses to very good teams, top 25 teams, on the road and the one loss at home to KU. If we finish 12-6 that's a good record considering the strength of this conference.
It's still only year 5 of a major rebuilding job. Sure we aren't where we all want the program to be but my gosh, looking at the long term it's all sunshine. Next year we take a step back but we have better recruits coming in and better young guys on the team than what LK started with and what he recruited in his first class. Buddy, Cousins and Spangler are all good players but they have flaws.
I think we can win 2 games in OKC and then if we can just win the next game we are in the elite 8 with a great chance to make the final 4. You can't ask for more than that.
