He'll take officials to all 4. I think it's 50/50 OU IU...

I think he'll sign early. If he does I think it helps OU tremendously

The great thing about that is that we would have both of our needs locked up (SG and Center) and can focusing on taking best available player (probably a guard).

You sir are correct. We are in on several other guards.

What about Wichita state. Tried to tell you they were never mentioned by him.

Hope he goes to ou and I think Indiana is too far away.
I would think smu is a bigger threat being closer.

I agree with the signing early part, but if Kansas offers will that change anything?

Ku isn't offering. Something will have to really change for that to happen. From the mouth of a KU coach he doesn't have that extra gear for them.

He is a smooth guy and hasn't been an explosive guy his whole life. He won't wow you with that so some coaches cool on him. KU took a hard look this summer and came to that conclusion.

I have said this before and many argued. Shake has a point guard mentality not a 2 guard. Several of the colleges are recruiting him for point guard.

I think he can be a combo guy but he isn't a score first kid so could easily be a point guard in college and play that role well. His biggest thing is foot speed to cover in college.

Texas should scare us too. Didn't his dad go there, or have ties? I think he's been waiting for that offer as well, and hopefully it also doesn't come.

I don't pretend to know as much about recruiting as many of you, but I agree that if he commits early it will better our chances. From a common sense standpoint, if he waits, he may be doing it to either see what kind of season Indiana has (Crean is on the hot seat), or to see if any other major offer comes his way.

Forgot about that, heard he is a longhorn fan just can't remember the reason.

Milton wouldn't give any of the four schools a lead in the race to earn his commitment and said he was not leaning more to one than the other. But he did say OU was among the schools he's most interested in signing with because they were in on him from the beginning.

"They were one of the first schools to start recruiting me," Milton said. "I've built up a really good relationship with Coach Kruger and Coach [Chris] Crutchfield. I like that they like to play fast, and I could play in front of my mom because it's kind of close." - See more at: https://oklahoma.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1666040#sthash.ja4HHnrY.dpuf

Let's count the reasons why OU has an advantage here:

a) OU has been recruiting him from the start.
b) He already has a good relationship with the head coach as well as the assistant who is recruiting him.
c) He likes the style of play.
d) He would be able to play in front of his mom.

You could throw out the first three and I would still give OU the edge. I like our chances!
