I feel like we need ISU to lose as many as possible. Them dropping both those games before we play them wouldn't upset me a bit. Maybe that would allow us to lock up #2 even if they did beat us. Still have hope for 1st but I know that's unlikely...

I wouldn't say ISU isn't a good road team. A better description of ISU on the road is that they are "hit or miss". They lost at Tech (horrible), but they won at WV and lost at Baylor by 1.....a game in which they should've won. I think they'll split between @osu and @texas.

I am confused, who is a good road team in the conference? KU lost at ISU, OSU and WVU. They have won at Baylor by 1 point, at TCU by 3 points and at Texas (when Texas was playing really poorly).

ISU has lost at KU, at OU, at Baylor and at Tech. They won at WVU.

WVU won at TCU, Tech and KSU. They have lost at OU, at Texas, home to Baylor, at ISU and home to ISU.

OU has lost at KU, at KSU, at WVU, at Baylor and home to KSU. OU won at OSU, at TCU, at Texas. It is hard to win on the road in this conference.

I would suspect most of OSU losses have been on the road.

I think the top 2 in the big 12 will get Omaha so we have to finish higher than them in both conference and the conference tourney. If not we could still be a top 4 seed with a shot at Louisville.

I think Houston in the regional is more important. OU should be able to make a regional with this team and no matter where they go, they shouldn't face much of a crowd advantage for the second (third if you count the play in games) round game.

Personally I think Houston is a horrible regional for us. Sure it sounds nice being in Texas, but playing in their NFL Stadium will have horrible sight lines for our three point shooters. Would rather go out to LA or Cleveland and play in an NBA arena. JMO

like how you think, but I'm hoping to go see OU for the first time in an NCAA tourney in my life, so proximity could definitely help

I want the 2 seed in the Big 12 tournament. Translation...we would be the early evening game (6pm) on Thursday night against the 7/10 winner....and I would get to see the game in person.

OU does not need to worry about who wins other games. OU needs to win their games.
