Here they are, updated and fresh off the press.

There is no change at the top but there is a lot of movement after that, and they've been extended to the top 25 seniors to be in the state, when it comes to college potential.

Update

Also highlight video of many different 2012 players at the Sooner Cager

I like the rankings but i feel like Porter is better than Crase and Ponds.. But all three are very good players

BA, how tall is Porter now. I saw Brent the other night and we were discussing the irony of his brother's situation considering what school turned him in last year.

I really liked how you put the video together with the subtitles for each player. Some nice looking players for 2012. Paras looks legit.

If there are 25 better players in the state of Oklahoma who graduate in 2012 than Rhett Radcliff then there is some serious depth in the 2012 class.

Rhett is on the Oklahoma Wizards' B team........

I notice his twin brother is also on the same team. What are the chances he's on the same team for travel purposes?

I would put him at 5'9 5'10 right now... Yes that situation was ironic and a bad deal for lots of people.. I am the head volleyball coach and Kalebs twin sister is unable to play volleyball this year because of that whole deal..

It isn't ironic, everyone in Tulsa knows why certain TPS programs get away with anything and everything while others don't.

We have Junior high girls being recruited by head coaches from TPS right now.

When they were the "district of choice" it was easy to bus kids to the school they wanted to play for, but now with the budget concerns at TPS, its going to be a little harder to get kids to the schools that they want...

From my understanding 99% of the time, kids we will have to go to the school in which they live in, no questions asked.

Also its all about who you know and how well you know them to get away with inner city recruiting.

Aren't you the guy that denies that Union and Jenks recruit as well?

Recruit? What? I thought it was just encouragement!

LOL

It goes on at a lot of schools, both public and private. Different schools for different sports, obviously. But anybody that doesn't think it is happening, is crazy.

I hope with the new stuff that TPS is doing, there will be a lot less of it. That said, it may become easier, as kids can say they want to "transfer" out of their district to go attend a school for their magnet program. Can't really prove or disprove that.

Agree. If they are allowed to transfer, bc of the magnet programs, they must stay out of trouble or they will be sent back to their district of belonging!

Please inform me what Union kid we recruited in basketball.

Thanks.

tracy moore. Didnt he start at Sand Springs? Its been a couple years back.. prob recruited for football, but was very nice addition to the bball team.

Good guess, but no.

Tracy was a Union lifer. He went to Briarglen Elementary school and his parents still live there. His sister graduated in 1999 as a Union graduate also and now lives in Houston.

Anybody else????

You may have been thinking about Tony Moore. He transferred over to Union for his senior year, mainly for football though. Didn't do much in basketball.
