Stevie Clark back to Douglas?

Yes he would be eligible. This has been in the plan for a couple of weeks and part of the process was making sure he would be eligible before the decision was made.

To my understanding he was homesick.

OSU's chances are higher than OU's after OU got Woodard. He will just have to deal with coaching staff change at OSU though, because Ford is horrible at coaching and will lose his job soon. BUST!

OSU's chances are good. He's visiting there during Homecoming. From an OU fan's perspective, the schools that I'm hearing now aren't schools that you would want him to attend. Baylor and Missouri with offers and now hearing Kansas. Tulsa is in the mix as well.
 
Will, how's he eligible? He started another school while not moving and now is moving back. By ossaa rules, he should sit. His move was voluntary and no hardships. Don't get me wrong but him being back in Okla is great for basketball

I've said all along that Stevie would not choose a distant school like UCLA, UCONN and FSU. He's too tight with his family, especially his mother. Nothing wrong with that, just saying that he will not be too far from home when he makes his choice.

And, for those reasons, I don't think Missouri is a serious contender either. While a seven to eight hours drive may not seem like much to most of us, it can be a world away for a kid who has not been that far from home before. I agree that the Pokes are in a good position right now. I can't see him going to Tulsa. He enjoys the attention and the spotlight too much.

Only thing I can think of is maybe prep schools are not considered the same as regular schools and such.
Beats me though. I would think he would not be eligible.

I am not aware of OSSAA rules. I do know he only needs one course to graduate, a course that he has been taking. I'm also sure the family ironed out any eligibility issues before his return.

Missouri hasn't been an option for awhile. We already have two point guard commitments for 2013. There is a zero percent chance we'd take a third.

That's not accurate. Missouri was in home last Sunday and will likely get an official visit.

I wonder the same thing you do as well. Missouri has two small pgs in the 2013 class and a smaller guard, Anton Beard as a 2014 commit. I don't get it, but they are in there. I suspect the schools like Mizzou, OSU, and Baylor value scoring more than size.

OU will have a similar situation next year with Lourawls Narin, a 5'9 pg out of Sunrise Christian that they are targeting. He is very similar to Jordan Woodard.

This. Also, OSU has a decent amount of alums that were/are in the oil/energy business, so it wouldn't be just Pickens footing the bill if Ford gets the boot early.

I don't know why you think Mizzou wouldn't take another top 100 guard. A) Jorgenson isn't as good as Clark and B) They went 4 guards last year and had a solid season...and I would guarantee they would do it again if they had the right guards to do it.
