Texas is good, and we really needed Maddie. Maybe in the Big Twelve tournament....

Outside of UConn, whorn may be the hottest team out there. Going on road last 2 games and beating 2 Top 5 teams. It would be tough to beat them WITH Maddie. We need to play strong.

I thought we had a chance, maybe about 55%, with a healthy Maddie because of the matchups. If our posts don't get into foul trouble, we have as many posts as they do. Last year, Maddie shut out Atkins. If Texas plays either Holmes or Lang, Maddie covers Atkins who she blanked last year. I thought our guards could harass their guards. It would be a matter of which team shot better.

As Sherri said, this game was close in Austin with a couple of minutes left, two points. Texas has problems in Norman. I think we had a shot. I don't really think we do without Maddie. Who covers Atkins?

I hate being pessimistic but without Maddie, I don't think we have the extra length to cover everyone. I am hoping we shoot lights out and make just enough stops to eek out a victory. Should be a fun game at home.

May need EJ and McKenna to play some at the 4 for defensive purposes. I don't know if that hurts the offense more than it helps with defensive length or not.

We won the first half. It would be nice if they would call a foul on Texas when they are over the back on those rebounds. They have missed at least four on Holmes and one on Lang.

This hasn't been my day. I stopped by Chick-fil-a for breakfast. I ordered a large unsweet iced tea with one splenda and a sausage and egg biscuit.

When I got to the window they handed me a small iced tea with a sweet 'n low. I made them switch the drink.

When I opened up the sandwich it had cheese on it. I took it back and said I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese. They gave me another one. It had cheese on it, too! It took 3 tries but they finally got the order right.
