The Offensive Post Play in Big 12

After that game I think its fair to say that Vivi is the best offensive post player in the big 12... she dominated the best defensive post player every minute she was in there. She combines toughness, power, explosiveness, speed and agility, and is an excellent finisher around the basket. It occurred to me that nobody is better in this conference. I think the only argument is pontentially Jensen for OSU.

Usually a lot of points with a high field goal percentage is how you can understand the dominance in numbers. I think she still has a lot of room to grow as well, but I am pretty comfortable calling her the best offensive post player in the conference endless there is someone I am forgetting?


There is nothing that can dominate Women's college basketball like a great offensive post as we well know. They are the most reliable weapon possible in the women's game- Vivi's emergence is absolutely huge for us.

She came very close to tying a record held for the last 10 years by Courtney - consecutive field goals. Anytime you get even close to a Courtney record you have accomplished something.

She has some things to keep working on, but we will be happy to have her back next year.

Indeed! When Vivi is focused she can cause havoc for opposing teams! She and KayKay really played well, on both ends, against Boyette/Lang.
